Similar to an Individual Education Plan, used in schools. Includes collating of relevant educational information; contacting of school/teacher or other agreed sources of information; price depends on work needed and will be discussed in the intake, and confirmed in the quote.

Includes collating any existing information including teacher meeting if agreed,  the assessment (of maths gaps or other appropriate subject assessment), analysis of the assessment, parent (/teacher) outcome meeting and the Tutor Plan

Detailed report of the assessment.

Including the review of the Tutor Plan and parent meeting

A Tutor plan continued from a previous Tutor Plan; including a teacher meeting if agreed.

For example extra meetings, school visits, contact with teacher etc. outside of what is already included.

 If you do not wish to take up tutoring but need an assessement of maths gaps, levels etc. this package includes pre-assessment meeting with parent/teacher, the assessment, analysis and  report, and parent/teacher meeting about assessment outcome.
